A) Rate offered is inclusive of driver, fuel, parking charges, tolls and drivers’ lodging/meal allowance whereapplicable.
Rate quoted above are for 8 hours of usage as mentioned in schedule/ itinerary unless otherwisestated as per client's request.
Above rates are nett price and valid for 30 days.
B) Any additional hour is charged at 10% per hour from total amount.
C) Please be punctual and follow our timing guidelines. For pick up at Kuala Lumpur International Airport(KLIA), 1st hour of waiting is free from the arrival of flight time. Subsequent waiting hour will be charged hourlydue to excessive late (more than 1 hour from the scheduled arrival time including excessive waiting timecaused by lost luggage, flight delays that are not properly updated by the airline due to uncontrolled circum-stances etc), we reserve the right to charge accordingly at the rate of RM100 per hour or part hour.
D) Midnight surcharge: A 50% surcharge will be levied on services between 0000hrs - 0700hrs.
E) Please schedule your pick-up time to any airports, 2 - 3hrs prior to your flight departure time.
F) Full Payment must be made before commencement of the service/invoice issued.

H) Cancellation policy :Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received via e-mail in our officeduring normal business days, excluding weekends and holidays. In the event of cancellation made more than48 hours prior to the date of reservation, charges will be refunded after deduct administration charges of 20%of the amount charged. Cancellation made less than 48 hours, full cancellation fee is to be charged.
